Login – Accessing the Backend Admin Panel
To access the Backend Admin Panel, users are required to log in using their registered email and password. This secure login process ensures that only authorized personnel can access administrative features and perform related tasks.

Who Can Log In?
The Backend Admin Panel is accessible to:

  • Super Admins
  • Employees
  • Agents

All user types can use the same login link to access the panel, streamlining the authentication process across different roles.

How to Get the Login Link
The login link will be provided directly by your account manager. If you have not yet received it, please reach out to your account manager to obtain the appropriate credentials and link.

Alternative Access
In your application instance, you will also find a dedicated option labeled “Employee / Agent Login.” This provides a convenient alternative access point for Employees and Agents, ensuring quick and easy entry into the system.

Update Profile & Change Password

To update your account password in Blindersoe’s Real-Time Plots Management Software:

  1. From the left sidebar, click My Account → Profile → Update Password.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Set and confirm your new password.
  4. Password must be 15+ characters or 8+ characters with a number and lowercase letter.
  5. Click Save/Update. Your password is now changed.

✅ Use a unique and secure password to protect your account.

Forgot Password

If you forget your password:

  1. Go to the Sign In page.
  2. Reach out to your Administrator for help.
  3. The Administrator will reset your password nd share a new one

Steps to Update Your Organization Details:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Your Organization from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on Edit Your Organization Information.
  3. Update the relevant sections as needed:

  1. Upload or update your Company Logo.
  2. In the Configuration section, you can also set the default Block/Hold Plots Expiry Time (in minutes).
  3. Once all updates are complete, click Update to save the changes.

How to Manage Cities in Your Project Listings

Easily add, edit, or remove cities to categorize your real estate projects by location. This feature helps you organize projects geographically, improve search filters, and provide users with a seamless browsing experience.

To add or edit city details for your project listings:

  1. Go to Settings and CMS → Cities.
  2. Click on Add New or the Edit icon beside a city name.
  3. Fill in or update the following:
  • City Name
  • State
  • Country
  • Postal Code
  • Display Order (for how it appears in dropdowns and listings)
  • More Details (optional description about the city)
  • Image (upload a landmark image representing the city)

Click Update or Save after editing.

These changes will reflect in the City-Wise Properties section of your public listings

  1. Go to Settings and CMS → Property Types.
  2. Click Add New or Edit to manage property types.

  4. Add More Details if needed.
  5. Upload an Image for the property type.
  6. Set Display Order for sorting.

How to View and Manage Payment Plans

  1. Navigate to:

Configuring Milestones

When creating or editing a payment plan:

  • Set each Milestone as a flat value or a percentage of the total booking price.
  • Define the due date as the number of days after booking.
  • Set the order in which milestones should be applied.

Installments will be automatically calculated and associated with the booking based on the total booking amount and the configured milestones.

Attaching a Payment Plan to a Project

To automatically associate a payment plan with bookings in a project:

  1. Go to:

  3. → Click on the Project Title → Settings
  4. Enable Auto Associate Payment Plan by setting it to Yes.
  5. Select the Default Payment Plan from the dropdown.
  6. Click Update Project to save the changes.

Adding a New Project

To create a new project:

  1. Navigate to Manage Projects > Manage Projects from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the +Add Project button.

Important Settings:

  • Is Visible in the Website:
  • Set this to Yes if you want the project to appear on the customer-facing frontend.
  • Auto Associate Payment Plan with Bookings:
  • Setting this to Yes and selecting a Default Payment Plan will automatically attach the selected plan to all new bookings made under this project.

Viewing and Editing Existing Projects

To view or edit an existing project:

  1. Navigate to Manage Projects > Manage Projects.
  2. In the project list, click on the Project Title to open the Edit Project page.

Getting the Embed Code for Interactive Digital Layouts

You can embed the interactive digital layout of any project into your own website:

  1. Navigate to Manage Projects > Manage Projects.
  2. In the project list, click on the Project Title to open the project.
  3. Go to the Embed tab.
  4. Copy the provided embed code to use on your website.
Note: To delete a project, please contact your Account Manager. Deletion is not available through the dashboard for safety and data integrity reasons.

Setting Up Project Expenses

Define and manage all cost components associated with a project, including development, legal, marketing, and miscellaneous expenses. This helps in maintaining financial clarity and streamlining cost analysis.

What Are Project Expenses?

Project Expenses refer to any investments or costs incurred directly from your end for a specific project. This feature is ideal for tracking site visit costs, total investments, and other project-related expenditures.

The system automatically calculates Profit or Loss by subtracting total expenses from total sales for the project.

Adding or Editing Project Expenses

To add or update project expenses:

  1. Navigate to Manage Projects > Manage Projects.
  2. In the project list, click on the Dashboard button for the desired project.
  3. Scroll down to the Project Related Costs and Expenses section.
  4. Click +Add Expense to add a new entry.
  5. To make changes to an existing expense, click Edit next to the relevant entry.

Downloading Project Expenses

To view or download all recorded expenses:

  1. Go to Manage Projects > View Project Expenses.
  2. Use available filters to view specific data.
  3. Click on Download Excel Report to export the data

To add or update project-level tasks or reminders:

  1. Navigate to Manage Projects > Manage Projects.
  2. In the project list, click on the Dashboard button for the desired project.
  3. Scroll down to the Project Reminders / Tasks / Stages section.
  4. Click +Add Reminder / Task / Stage to add a new entry.
  5. To edit an existing record, click Edit next to the respective entry.

Managing Project Media: Images, Brochures, Floor Plans, Videos & Documents

Upload and organize all visual and downloadable content related to your project. This includes floor plans, walkthrough videos, brochures, and legal documents, helping customers make informed decisions.

Manage Images :

  1. Navigate to Manage Projects > Manage Projects.
  2. In the project list, click on the Project Title to open the Edit Project page.
  3. Go to the Images tab to view, upload, or update images associated with the project.

Managing Brochures, Floor Plans, Videos, Attachments, and Internal Documents

To manage various media files for a project:

  1. Navigate to Manage Projects > Manage Projects.
  2. Click the Dashboard button for the relevant project.
  3. At the top of the dashboard, click on the Media button.
  4. You will find options to view, upload, or manage the following:
  • Brochures
  • Floor Plans
  • Videos
  • Attachments
  • Internal Documents

Linking Property Types to Projects

Associate specific property types—like villas, apartments, or plots—with each project. This categorization helps in better filtering, searching, and displaying relevant information on your platform.

Linking Projects with Property Types

To associate projects with specific property types:

  1. Navigate to Settings and CMS > Link Projects & Property Types.
  2. You will see a list of existing project-property type links.
  3. To create a new link, click on + Add Property Type – Project Link.
  4. Select the desired Project and Property Type, then save to complete the association.

This helps in categorizing and filtering projects based on property types across the platform.

4. Plot Management

Viewing, Adding and Updating Plots / Flats

Learn how to manually add or modify plots within a project, including details like plot number, pricing, dimensions, facing, and availability status. This ensures accurate listings and real-time inventory tracking for both internal teams and potential buyers.

Navigating to Plots and Flats

You can access the Plot/Flat Edit Page through two main methods:

Option A: From Manage Plots (Non-Interactive)

  1. Go to Plots Management > Manage Plots.
  2. Use the available filters (Project, Block, Floor, etc.) to narrow down your search.
  3. Click the edit icon next to the desired Plot or Flat.
  4. This will redirect you to the Plot Add/Edit Page.

Option B: From Interactive Digital Layouts

  1. Navigate to Sales Desk & PoS > Sales Desk – Projects.
  2. Select the desired project to open the Back Office Interactive Layout.
  3. Click on the relevant Block or Flat in the layout.
  4. Click on the Plot/Flat number to go directly to the Plot Add/Edit Page.

Adding a New Plot or Flat

  • To add a new entry, go to Plots Management > Manage Plots, then click + Add Plot.

Plot Add/Edit Page Overview

  • Ensure the Plot Number is unique for the selected project.
  • The Alternate Plot Title (if provided) will override the Plot Number display in layouts.
  • General Selling Price is visible to the public.
  • Pricing Options 1 to 5 are intended for internal use only.
  • All data entered here will be reflected in the Interactive Digital Layouts.

Downloading Plots/Flats Report

To download a report of Plots or Flats:

  1. Navigate to Plots Management > Manage Plots.
  2. Apply the desired filters (e.g., Project, Block, Floor, etc.).
  3. Click on the “Download Excel Report” button to export the filtered data.

Public Plots/Flats Reports (Customer & Partner Access)

The system also offers a Plots/Flats Reports section on the website, designed for customers, channel partners, agents, and other stakeholders.

This feature displays a tabular list of all available plots/flats along with their current status, providing real-time visibility into availability and booking updates.

Bulk Uploading Plots and Flats

Save time by uploading multiple plots or flats at once using a predefined CSV Format. This feature allows you to import essential details like plot numbers, area, price etc in bulk

Bulk Upload of Plots/Flats (via CSV)

The bulk upload process differs depending on the project configuration. There are two cases:

Case A: Single Layout Projects

(e.g., plotted developments with a single layout )

To bulk upload or update plots in a single layout project:

  1. Navigate to Plots Management > Import and Export Plots from CSV.
  2. Click Download Template / Export Data.
  3. Select your project from the dropdown.
  4. Click Download Import Template.
✅ If data already exists for the project, the downloaded CSV will contain prefilled records that you can update.

CSV Editing Guidelines:

  • Plot Number must be unique across the entire project.
  • Plot Numbers must not include spaces or special characters such as commas (,), ampersands (&), or slashes (/ or \).
  • If the Plot Number already exists, the matching record will be updated.
  • If the Plot Number does not exist, a new record will be created.
  • alternate_plot_title (if entered) will override the Plot Number in the layout display.
  • Default values for North/East/South/West Facing = 0. Set 1 for the actual facing.
  • Fields like Measurements, Area, Notes, and Price default to empty (NULL) if not filled.
  • All pricing values must be in numeric format only, without any currency symbols.

To Upload:

  1. After editing, return to Plots Management > Import and Export Plots from CSV.
  2. Click the Import Plots tab.
  3. Select the project, upload the updated CSV, and click Import CSV.
  4. Please ensure the file is always submitted in CSV format.

Case B: Multi-Layout Projects

(e.g., apartments or projects with multiple blocks/floors having individual layouts)

To bulk upload or update flats/plots in a multi-layout project:

  1. Navigate to Manage Projects from the sidebar.
  2. Click the Dashboard button for the relevant project.
  3. Scroll down to find the section labeled with your project title and click Manage Blocks and Floors.
  4. Locate the desired Block/Floor, then click Bulk Import & Export Plots.
⚠️ Note: You can only upload data for blocks and floors that are already configured. Contact your account manager to add new blocks/floors.

To Download Template:

  • Click Download Template / Export Data for the selected block/floor.
  • Download the import template.
✅ If data already exists for the block/floor, the template will include those records for reference and editing.

CSV Editing Guidelines (Same as Single Layout):

  • Plot/Flat Number must be unique for the entire project.
  • Must not include spaces or special characters like commas (,), ampersands (&), or slashes (/ or \).
  • Existing numbers will be updated, new ones will be created.
  • alternate_plot_title will override the Plot/Flat Number in layout views.
  • Facing defaults: 0 (set to 1 for true facing direction).
  • Empty fields for Area, Measurements, Notes, and Price default to NULL.

To Upload:

  1. Stay on the same Block/Floor page.
  2. Use the Import Plots tab to upload your updated CSV file.
  3. The system will process the file and add/update plots or flats accordingly.

5. Booking Operations and Financials

Create, update, and maintain customer records, including contact details etc. Keeping customer information organized ensures a smooth sales process and personalized follow-ups.

How to Add or Edit Customers

Accessing Customers:

  1. Navigate to Bookings Management > Customers.
  2. You will see a list of existing customers.
  3. Use the filters to search or refine the customer list.
  4. You can also download customer data from this page.

Adding a New Customer:

  1. Click the + Add Customer button located at the top right corner.
  2. If multiple customers are purchasing a single plot together, enter their details in the Additional Customers Info section.
  3. Ensure each customer’s mobile number is unique.

How to Control Customer Login Access

Note: The ‘Customer Login’ feature is available only if included in your subscription.

Enabling Login Access for a Customer

  1. Go to Bookings Management > Customers.
  2. Use filters to locate the customer you want to enable login for.
  3. Click the Edit button next to the customer.
  4. This opens the customer’s profile page.
  5. Navigate to the Login Access tab.
  6. Toggle Login Access to Enable or Disable as needed.
  7. Only customers with enabled login access can sign in.

Setting or Resetting Password

  1. Within the Login Access tab, click on the Set Password link.
  2. Enter and save the new password for the customer.

One-Time Login Link

  • You can also generate and send a One-Time Login Link to customers from this tab.

Customer Login Process

Customers can log in via the Customer Login page on your website by entering:

  • Mobile Number
  • Password
  • Date of Birth

Once logged in, customers can view:

  • Their booking history
  • Payment history
  • Installment details
  • Any booking-related updates

Handling Expressions of Token Interest

Record and manage token interest submitted by potential buyers before formal bookings. This feature helps prioritize leads and track early-stage interest effectively.

Accessing Expression of Interest Tokens

To view existing Expression of Interest Tokens:

  1. Go to Sales Desk & PoS > Expression of Token Interests.
  2. A list of all existing Expression of Interest Tokens will be displayed.
  3. Use the available filters to search or narrow down the list as needed.
  4. You can also download the displayed data directly from this page.

Adding a New Expression of Interest Token

To add a new token:

  1. Navigate to Sales Desk & PoS > Expression of Token Interests.
  2. Click the + Add Token button located at the top-right corner.
  3. Fill in the required details and save to create a new entry.

Bulk Importing Expression of Interest Tokens

To bulk import data:

  1. Go to Sales Desk & PoS > Bulk Import & Export – Expression of Token Interests.
  2. Under the Download Template / Export Data tab, click Download Import Template to get the required CSV format.
  3. Fill in the template with your data.
  4. Once your CSV is ready, click Import Expression of Token Interests.
  5. Upload your updated CSV file and click Import CSV to complete the process.

Booking or Holding a Plot

Understand the end-to-end sales desk process—from holding a plot to converting it into a confirmed booking. Learn how to handle tentative bookings, provisional holds, manual bookings, and plot release scenarios efficiently.

Sales Desk Workflow: Booking / Holding Plots or Flats
Step 1: Selecting Preferred Plots or Flats

You can initiate a Booking or Hold action from either the Manage Plots section or the Interactive Digital Layouts.

Option A: Using Manage Plots (Non-Interactive)

  1. Navigate to Plots Management > Manage Plots.
  2. Use filters to locate your preferred plot or flat.
  3. If the unit is available, you’ll see a “Book / Hold Plot” option in the Status column.
  4. Click on it and follow the Booking Steps outlined below.

Option B: Using Interactive Digital Layouts

  1. Go to Sales Desk & PoS > Sales Desk – Projects.
  2. Click on the desired project.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the Back Office Interactive Layout.
  4. For multi-block or flat-based projects, click on View Sales Desk Layout until you reach your desired layout.
  5. Click on the preferred available plot or flat.
  6. Click Hold or Tentative Book Plot.

Note:

To book or hold multiple plots, click Add to Cart for each unit.

Access the cart via the cart icon in the bottom-right corner.

Booking Steps

After clicking Hold or Tentative Book Plot, you’ll be redirected to the Booking Page.

1. Pricing Info Tab

  • Choose the applicable pricing from the dropdown for each selected plot.

2. Customer Profile Tab

You have three options:

  • Option 1: Create New Customer Profile
  • Fill in the form (Name and Mobile Number are mandatory).
  • Option 2: Select Expression of Token Interest (EOI)
  • Expand the EOI Selection accordion and choose the relevant token.
  • Option 3: Use Existing Customer
  • Expand Use Existing Customer and select the desired profile.

3. Finalize Booking

At the bottom, you’ll find two action buttons:

  • Hold / Block Plot
  • Temporarily reserves the selection. The expiry time is based on system configuration.
  • Tentative Book Plot
  • Confirms the booking. A unique Booking ID will be generated for each booked plot.

Managing Hold / Blocked Plots or Flats

To manage held or blocked units:

  1. Navigate to Sales Desk & PoS > Sales Desk – Blocked Inventory.
  2. Use filters to find the desired record.
  3. Actions available:
  • Extend Expiry Time or update details > Click Update Record.
  • Make Available Again > Click Delete or Inactivate in the top-right corner.
  • Convert to Booking > Click Convert to Booking and then Apply in the popup.
  • This will finalize the booking and change the plot status to Booked.

Managing and Downloading Bookings, Stages, and Token Information

Manage different booking stages such as Tentative, Provisional, Confirmed, and Sold. This helps track the booking lifecycle and improves visibility for your sales and accounts teams.

Viewing and Downloading Bookings

To view and export booking records:

  1. Navigate to Bookings Management > Manage Bookings.
  2. You will see a list of all bookings in the system.
  3. Use the available filters to narrow down the results based on your criteria.
  4. To download booking data, click the “Download Excel Report” button.

Updating Token Information for a Booking

To update token details for a specific booking:

  1. In Manage Bookings, filter and locate the booking you wish to update.
  2. Click the Edit icon to open the Booking Summary Page.
  3. In the top-right corner, click the “Token” button.
  4. Make the necessary changes and click Apply to save.

Updating the Booking Stage

To update the stage of a booking:

  1. From Manage Bookings, filter and locate the desired booking.
  2. Click the Edit icon to open the Booking Summary Page.
  3. Click the “Stage” button in the top-right corner.
  4. Make the required changes and click Apply to update.

Managing Booked Plots and Adding Multiple Plots to Existing Booking

Navigating to a Booking Record

Managing Booked Plots in the Booking Summary Page

Within the Booking Summary Page, you’ll find a Booked Plots table. Here you can:

  • Click + Add Plot to add an additional plot to the same booking.
  • Click the Edit icon next to a plot to:

  • Remove the plot from the booking

Adding Multiple Plots to a Booking

To add multiple plots to an existing booking:

  1. In the Booking Summary Page, go to the Action section.
  2. Click “Add Multiple Plots”.
  3. Select the plots and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Click Apply to save changes.

Add, update, and track payments made by customers. Generate and download payment reports to reconcile finances and ensure timely transactions.

  • + Add Transaction: Add a new payment made by the customer.
  • Edit Icon: Modify or delete an existing transaction.
  • View Receipt: Generate and view a receipt for the selected transaction.

You can convert an installment record into a payment transaction.

To do this:

  1. Navigate to the Installments section.
  2. Click the Edit icon on the desired installment record.
  3. If the installment is due, you will see a button labeled “Mark as Paid and Receive Payment”.
  4. Click this button to convert the installment into a payment transaction.

Viewing and Downloading All Customer Payments

To access a complete list of all customer payments:

  1. Navigate to Bookings Management > Booking Transactions from the sidebar.
  2. Use filters to search or refine the payment records.
  3. To export the data, click “Download Excel Report”.

Managing Booking Installments

  • Mark as Paid and Receive Payment: If the installment is due, this button will appear. Clicking it will convert the installment into a payment transaction.
  • View Receipt: Generate and view the receipt for the associated payment transaction.

Creating Bulk Installments

To create multiple installments at once:

  1. In the Booking Summary Page, click Actions (top right).
  2. Select Create Installments.
  3. Enter:
  • Installment Start Date
  • Number of Months
  • Monthly Amount
  • Click Apply to generate the installments for the booking.

Attaching a Payment Plan

You can also apply a predefined payment plan to a booking:

  1. In the Booking Summary Page, click Actions (top right).
  2. Select Attach Payment Plan.
  3. The system will automatically calculate payment milestones based on the booking price and apply them.

  • Remove Booking: Permanently deletes the booking record from the system.
  • Cancel or Refund Booking:
  • Click this button, then select the Cancel or Refund tab as appropriate.
  • This action removes the booking and automatically adds a corresponding record to the Refunds section.

To track or manage refund entries:

  • Navigate to Refunds and Cancellations > Manage Refunds and Cancellations from the sidebar.
  • Here, you can view, filter, and manage all refund and cancellation records.
  • You can also manually create a refund entry if needed.

Learn how to capture new leads from your website’s customer-facing layout or manually input them into the system. This ensures no prospect is missed, whether they come in online or through offline interactions.

Managing Customer Enquiries and Leads
How Customers Raise an Enquiry via the Interactive Digital Layout

  1. Customers open the Interactive Layout from your website.
  2. They select their preferred Project.
  3. Upon clicking on a Plot/Flat, they will see a “Booking Enquiry Form”.
  4. Once the customer submits the form, the enquiry is automatically recorded as a lead in the backend system.

How to View Existing Leads

  1. Navigate to:
  2. Leads Management → Manage Leads
  3. You will see a list of all existing leads.
  • Click + Add Lead to manually create a new lead.
  • Click Manage next to any lead to view or update details.

Lead Management Features

  • Within the Manage page of a lead, you can:
  • Click + Add History to update the lead’s timeline (e.g., Site Visit, Follow-up).
  • Click Edit Lead (top-right) to update customer details, assign an agent, or change the lead status.

If a lead is assigned to an agent, the agent will be able to view and manage it from their Agent Portal.

Converting a Lead into a Sale

  1. Navigate to:

  3. Select your preferred lead and click Manage.
  4. In the top-right corner, click “Close Lead and Confirm Sale”.
  • This action will mark the lead as closed and automatically generate a new booking in the system.

Managing Contact Us Enquiries

View and respond to customer queries submitted via your website’s contact form. Centralizing enquiries helps your team respond faster and ensures all incoming interest is properly handled.

Enquiries submitted by website visitors through the Contact Us page are stored and accessible in the backend for follow-up.

How to View “Contact Us” Enquiries

  1. Navigate to:

  3. You will see a list of all messages submitted via the Contact Us form, including the visitor’s name, contact details, and message content.

These messages help you track and respond to general inquiries quickly and efficiently.

7. Agent and Commission Management

Managing Sales Agents: Add, Edit, Delete

Learn how to add new sales agents, update their profiles, or remove them when needed. You can also control agent login access.

Agents are external users who sell on your behalf, usually in exchange for a commission. Our system provides a dedicated Agent Portal where agents can log in, submit booking requests for assigned plots, and manage their leads.

Viewing and Adding Agents

  • Navigate to Agents from the left sidebar.
  • You will see a list of all existing agents.
  • Click + Add Agent to create a new agent record.

If the Login Access field is set to Enabled, the agent will be able to access their Agent Portal.

Note: Agents and Employees are distinct user types and have different roles and access levels in the system.

Tracking Agent Commissions and Installments

Set up and manage commission structures for your sales agents, including one-time and installment-based payouts. Generate reports and keep payment records transparent and organized.

Managing Agent and Commission for a Booking

You can add or update an agent and manage their commission through the Booking Summary Page. Below are the steps to navigate and perform these actions.

Accessing the Booking Summary Page

You can access the Booking Summary Page using one of the following methods:

Option A: Via Manage Plots (Non-Interactive View)

  1. Navigate to Plots Management > Manage Plots.
  2. Apply filters to find the desired plot or flat.
  3. In the Status column, click View Booking.
  4. You will be redirected to the Booking Summary Page.

Option B: Via Interactive Digital Layouts

  1. Navigate to Sales Desk & PoS > Sales Desk – Projects.
  2. Select the desired project to open the Back Office Interactive Layout.
  3. Click on the preferred block or flat.
  4. Booking ID will be shown—click on it to open the Booking Summary Page.

Adding or Updating Agent & Commission

  1. On the Booking Summary Page, click the Edit button at the top to go to the Booking Edit Page.
  2. Navigate to the Agent Commission tab.
  3. To add an agent:
  • Select the agent from the dropdown.
  • Enter the commission amount.
  • To remove an agent:
  • Deselect the agent.
  • Set the commission amount to 0.
  • Click Update Record to save changes.

This will successfully add or update the agent and their commission for the selected booking.

Managing Commission Payments

  1. On the Booking Summary Page, scroll down to the Agent Commissions | Installment Payments section.
  2. Click + Add Payment to record a commission payment.
  3. To make changes, click Edit to update or delete an existing payment record.
Note: If login access is enabled for the corresponding agent, they can view:
  • Associated Booking IDs , Commission paid, Remaining balance from their Agent Portal.

Allotting Plots to Agents

Assign specific plots to individual agents based on projects or availability. This helps avoid internal conflicts, ensures accountability, and supports better tracking of agent performance.

Allotting Plots/Flats to Agents

You can assign specific plots or flats to agents, allowing them to view and manage these units directly from their Agent Portal.

What Allotted Agents Can Do

  • Once plots/flats are allotted, agents can view them in the “Plots Allotted to Me” section of their login.
  • Agents can Hold or Send Booking Requests for the plots allotted to them.
  • Agents cannot book already booked plots.
  • Agents can hold/book plots that are in Available or On-Hold status.

How to Allot Plots/Flats to Agents

  1. Navigate to Allot Plots to Agents > Allot Plots to Agents.
  2. Select the Project and the Agent.
  3. Proceed with selecting and allotting the desired plots.

Note: Allotted plots will be visible to agents in their portal under their profile.

Viewing and Editing Plot Allotments

  1. Go to Allot Plots to Agents > View Plots Allotted to Agents.
  2. This page will display all current allotments.
  3. Click Edit next to any record to make changes or update allotments.

Managing Temporary Bookings by Agents

Allow agents to hold or block plots temporarily for interested customers. Learn how to set expiration timelines, review agent activity, and convert these holds into formal bookings.

Handling Booking Requests from Agents

Agents cannot directly book plots/flats. Instead, they can send a Booking Request for plots/flats allotted to them.

Viewing Booking Requests from Agents

  1. Navigate to Allot Plots to Agents > Temporary Bookings Created by Agents.
  2. This page displays all pending booking requests submitted by agents.
  3. You can use filters or download the Excel report for reference.

Managing a Booking Request

  1. Click on Manage next to the desired request.
  2. You’ll be redirected to the Approve / Delete – Temporary Booking page.
  3. To delete the request, click on Delete in the top-right corner.
  4. To update the status of the request, use the Status dropdown and click Update Status.
  5. To convert the request into an actual booking, click Approve Booking at the bottom of the page.
Note: Once approved, a new official booking record will be created using the submitted request details.

Internal Employees and Application Access Management

This guide helps you manage all employee records within your organization—add new team members, update their details and deactivate users when needed.

Employees are users within your organization who can be granted access to the backend admin panel.

Viewing Existing Employees

  • Navigate to Employees / Users from the left sidebar.
  • You will see a list of all current employees.
  • Click + Add Employee to create a new employee record.

Managing Login Access and Permissions

  • In the employee list, locate the Login Access column.
  • You will find a button labeled Manage Access.
  • Click on this button to open the Login and Page Access Manager page.
  • Here, you can toggle login access (enable/disable).
  • You can also define which sections of the admin panel the employee is allowed to access.
Note: Employees can log in using the Employee / Agent Login option available on your website.

To access the Project Dashboard:

  1. Go to Manage Projects > Manage Projects from the left sidebar.

Inventory Overview

  • Inventory by Stage: Displays a summary count of plots/flats by their current stage (Available, Booked, Hold, etc.).

Click on any stage to view the detailed list of plots under that category.

  • Plot Count by Stage (per Plot Type): For each plot/flat type, you’ll see how many are in each stage.

Clicking on a number will show the respective inventory list.

Financial Summary

  • Displays Total SalesPayments ReceivedPending Balances, and Agent Commissions (paid and pending).
  • Provides insights into the Profit or Loss for the selected project.

If your project contains multiple blocks or floors:

Plot Timeline Visualization: Track Plot Status Over Time

Visualize each plot’s lifecycle—from availability to booking, sale, or cancellation—using an interactive timeline. This feature helps you monitor plot movement.

Viewing Plot Movement History (Plot Timeline)

Our system provides a detailed timeline of plot movements, showing when a plot was moved from one stage to another, who performed the action, and the exact timestamp.

To View the Plot Timeline:

  1. Navigate to Plots Management > Plots Timeline from the left sidebar.
  2. Use the search function to filter records by Plot Number.
  3. You can also download the timeline data in Excel format for your records.
